Google Technology/Software

Migration and Transformation Architect, Google Cloud, EMEA

London, United Kingdom +4 In person Full-time

Act as the single architectural point of accountability for Google Cloud's largest, most complex multi-workload enterprise migrations (e.g., Oracle, SAP, VMware, Mainframes). Lead the charge by coordinating Customer Engineering Specialists, Sales Specialists, Google Cloud Consulting (GCC), and System Integrators (SIs) to eliminate technical silos for the account team. Provide direct architectural leadership on massive, long-term deals for Tier-1 EMEA enterprises, partnering with Account Teams and C-suites to turn complex legacy estates into executable cloud transformations.

Reshape how technology enables business value rather than just moving workloads, by designing target architectures, evaluating Engagement Requests against STRIKE criteria, and building comprehensive TCO/ROI business cases. Work on high-stakes, long-term deals and accelerate under-commit consumption by packaging dormant workloads into executable blueprints, driving adoption for strategic EMEA customers across various industries.
