Draft, review, and negotiate complex, high-stakes strategic partnerships, academic collaborations, and data-sharing agreements for the Research, Labs and Tech and Society ecosystem. Provide actionable, cross-functional legal counsel on emerging tech and health regulations across the globe, including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance, health data governance, and the EU AI Act. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Bioethics, and Trust & Safety teams (including from other product teams) to identify, evaluate, and mitigate legal risks in frontier AI and health-tech development pipelines while enabling bold, responsible innovation.
Maintain and refine scalable legal templates, playbooks, and intake protocols to streamline the legal workflow.
