Develop and execute holistic, long-term growth strategies that prioritize customer and partner success for the EMEA region. Work with EMEA executive leadership to identify high-impact strategic opportunities through data analytics and insights, and develop actionable plans to accelerate growth for EMEA markets. Define project scope, key focus areas, and analysis needed to uncover opportunities and drive stakeholder alignment.
Work with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, and product to deliver on project priorities, drive alignment, and enable decision making. Communicate findings to executive leadership in the shape of executive-ready presentations and thoughtful facilitation of strategy topics across functional teams. Build a network with sales teams members across all levels to capture seller and customer feedback and understand the opportunities and challenges.
