Serve as a manager of a multi-tiered global Partner S&O organization across international hubs, establishing organizational design standards, spans of control, and cross-regional talent development.
Own the global operational architecture, planning systems of record, and executive Rhythm of the Business (RoB) for the Partner organization—standardizing engagement and forecasting lifecycles. Hold operational budget, headcount, and capacity-planning accountability for the Partner S&O footprint while leading global annual business planning, target setting, and the systemic design of partner compensation and incentive frameworks with finance and central S&O.
