Function as a strategic co-pilot directly to the data leadership team to architect long-term strategic blueprints, establish operational roadmaps, and resolve high-stakes executive escalations across business units. Serve as a manager of a multi-tiered global Data S&O organization across international hubs, establishing organizational design standards, spans of control, and cross-regional talent development. Own the global operational architecture, planning systems of record, and executive Rhythm of the Business (RoB) for the Data organization—standardizing engagement and forecasting lifecycles.
Hold operational budget, headcount, and capacity-planning accountability for the Data S&O footprint while leading global annual business planning, target setting, and specialist coverage and capacity frameworks with finance and central S&O. Lead cross-functional governance across multi-VP organizations to arbitrate complex operational trade-offs and enforce standardized rules of engagement to unify data and AI GTM motions.
