About the Role Guardian Service is seeking a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations to work closely with senior leadership on the strategic and operational priorities driving our next phase of growth.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or a high-growth operating environment who is excited by ambiguity and wants meaningful ownership in building and scaling a business. You’ll work across some of Guardian Service’s highest-priority opportunities, helping leaders frame complex questions, evaluate tradeoffs, develop data-driven recommendations, and translate strategy into execution.

The scope will evolve alongside the business and may span growth, customer acquisition, operations, new market opportunities, and other strategic initiatives. This is a true generalist role with significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of what it takes to build and scale a high-growth business.
