Proposal Content Library & Knowledge Management
- Design, implement, and continuously improve a centralized commercial proposal content library, including approved response language, standard clauses, product information, compliance statements, supporting documentation, ownership assignments, and refresh cadences.
- Establish content governance processes to ensure repository materials remain accurate, current, searchable, version-controlled, legally reviewed where required, and aligned to approved Haemonetics messaging and business standards.
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop, update, approve, and maintain standard responses and supporting documentation for recurring proposal, RFP, RFI, and tender requirements.
Compliance, Legal & Risk Review
- Establish and manage review processes to ensure proposal responses are accurate, compliant with applicable requirements, legally approved where needed, and aligned to Haemonetics’ risk standards.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Quality, Product, Finance, Pricing, Sales, and Marketing to review response language, exceptions, representations, commitments, and supporting documentation before submission.
- Evaluate commercial, contractual, compliance, legal, and operational risks within proposal requirements and coordinate appropriate review, escalation, mitigation, and documentation with internal subject matter experts.
- Research applicable public tender requirements, customer procurement terms, and industry expectations to anticipate risks, support compliant responses, and improve proposal readiness.
Process Optimization, Automation & Reporting
- Identify, recommend, and implement automation opportunities to improve proposal intake, content retrieval, approval routing, version control, reporting, and response development efficiency.
- Develop standardized playbooks, templates, intake criteria, metrics, dashboards, and reporting routines to improve scalability, visibility, accountability, and consistency across Haemonetics’ commercial proposal response model.
- Maintain current knowledge of Haemonetics’ products, services, standards, commercial models, customer requirements, industry trends, and applicable tender or procurement expectations to improve response quality and readiness.
- Lead or support related commercial operations, process improvement, and enablement initiatives that advance proposal response effectiveness, governance, and scalability.
