The Lifeguard Framework represents one of the most significant building safety remediation programmes in the UK — and Harmony Fire is at the heart of it.

We are looking for a Strategy Director to own end-to-end management of all strategy activity across Harmony Fire’s Lifeguard Framework engagement, from initial market engagement through to the point of contract award and handover into Design & Construction. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will bridge senior client engagement, fire engineering consultancy, and pre-construction delivery — ensuring that every client engagement progresses methodically through Phases 1 to 3 and Stages 1 to 5 of the framework.

This is a role that demands the highest levels of commercial acumen, technical credibility, and senior stakeholder management, and the ability to lead a complex, multi-disciplinary programme at pace.
