We are looking for a Data and Reporting Administrator to join our Service team in Yeovil.
This role is at the heart of how our service desk operates — owning end-to-end data management and reporting across reactive, planned and small works activity covering fire safety, height safety and lightning protection. You will keep service desk data accurate, complete and reconciled from the point it is captured through to reporting, and produce all customer-facing reporting including monthly packs for client reviews and contractual compliance evidence.
