• ProvidekeyinputsofTrainingaspectsforallactivitiesandplansofthe unit.
• Reinforcelearning&developmentalinitiatives intheunitthroughsupportingindividual&teamdevelopment,careerdevelopment, training & experience-based learning.
• Induct,coachandmentornewjoinees.
• Interactwiththedepartmental/unitfunctional headsonadailybasisinareasofpeopledevelopment,providingappropriate support to operational departments.
• Partnerininterventionsfororganizational&leadershipdevelopment,includingconductingtrainingprograms.
• MonitorandconductL&Dreviewswitheachdepartment,andreviewthesamewithunitManagementCommittee.
• Reviewtrainingeffectivenessintheunit,andreviewthesamewithunitManagement committee.
• Regularlycommunicateswithstaffandmaintainsgood relations.
• TooverseesourcingandselectIndustrialTrainees/ApprenticeTrainees.
• Maintaincurrentinformationandrecordsofsuppliersoftrainingresourcesandmaterials.
• PrepareAnnualTrainingplansandcalendarsfortheunit,respondingtodepartmentalneeds.
• Coordinatetrainingactivitiesbeingcarriedoutfortheunitbyexternalagenciesincludingbriefingthemabout requirements.
• Assistinanyinventory/stocktakingas/whenrequiredforthedepartment.
• Isresponsiblethateffectiveadministrationsystemsaresetupandmaintained.
• Ensuresthatallprojects,reports,schedulesarecompletedaccuratelyandpunctually.
• Ensurealldeptt.Meetingsorganizedarewellplanned,effectiveandresultsfocused.
• Bachelor's Degree
