Why this is an exciting opportunity

We're looking for a people-focused and operationally strong Team Leader to join our Portfolio Administration Services (PAS) team within HUB24's growing Non-Custody business, based in Melbourne. In this role, you'll lead a team of Portfolio Administrators and Analysts, driving service excellence, developing team capability and ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely and high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Working across a diverse range of asset classes, you'll play a hands-on leadership role, overseeing daily operations, managing escalations, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a high-performance culture.
