Job Description – DGM - Finance & Accounts

Qualification

CA (Chartered Accountant)

Experience

8–10 years

Key

Responsibilities

• ·Manage timely closure and
• finalization of books of accounts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for
• group companies.
• ·Prepare and provide financials of
• subsidiaries/group companies for consolidation by the parent
• company.
• ·Review accounting policies, audit
• reports, related party transactions, and financial statements.
• ·Ensure compliance with IND
• AS, including review of IND AS adjustment entries.
• ·Oversee direct and indirect
• taxation matters including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and TCS.
• ·Ensure compliance with MCA,
• ROC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
• ·Coordinate with statutory/internal
• auditors and tax consultants.
• ·Manage banking relationships, working
• capital facilities, LC requirements, and surplus fund allocation.
• ·Monitor cash flow and ensure
• effective working capital and treasury management.

Required

Skills

• ·Strong knowledge of IND AS,
• financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• ·Good understanding of consolidation
• and group accounting.
• ·Strong banking, treasury, and
• working capital management experience.
• ·Excellent analytical, communication,
• and stakeholder management skills.
