Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Management

• Accountant / R2R professional to manage monthly management accounts,
• Balance Sheet reconciliations, financial analysis, billing, and budgeting
• activities.
• The role will work closely with the CFO on
• monthly analytical reviews, variance analysis, ARR reporting, annual budgeting,
• and cost tracking against budget.

Experience working with Ireland-based

clients is preferred.

Key

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and
• supporting schedules.
• Perform monthly Balance Sheet
• reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Conduct monthly analytical reviews for
• CFO review.
• Perform billing analysis and support ARR
• reporting.
• Support the annual budgeting and
• forecasting exercise.
• Maintain cost trackers and monitor
• actuals against budget.
• Analyse P&L and Balance Sheet
• movements and provide variance commentary.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end
• close activities.
• Collaborate with clients and internal
• finance teams on accounting and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,
• Commerce, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Management
• Accounting / R2R / Client Accounting.
• Strong experience in management accounts
• and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Good understanding of P&L, month-end
• close, variance analysis, and budgeting.

Experience in billing and ARR /

• revenue reporting.
• Hands-on Xero experience is mandatory.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder
• management skills.
• Ireland client experience is preferred.
• Exposure to UK / Ireland accounting
• practices is an advantage.
