Lead Generation Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to research potential B2B customers and build accurate, high-quality prospect databases for our sales team.

The role primarily involves online research, identifying relevant companies and decision-makers, finding business contact information, and maintaining organized lead lists for our sales and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B customers across target industries and international markets.

• Build prospect lists based on industry, company size, location, and other defined criteria.
• Identify relevant decision-makers, including Founders, CEOs, Sales Directors, and IT Managers.
• Find and verify professional email addresses and other relevant business information.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and similar tools for prospect research.
• Maintain and regularly update lead databases using spreadsheets or CRM systems.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of prospect information.
• Research company profiles, industries, and business activities to assess whether prospects match the target customer profile.
• Remove duplicate records and maintain clean, organized prospect lists.
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and database quality.

Requirements

• Good online research and data collection skills.

• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to organize large volumes of information efficiently.
• Willingness to learn lead generation tools and research techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B lead generation, web research, or data management.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar tools.

Basic understanding of B2B industries, company structures, and decision-maker roles.
