Shift

Timings: 2PM to 11PM IST

Location: Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune/Gurgaon/Bangalore - Hybrid (Onsite - 3days a week)

• Description: We are seeking an
• Oracle Fusion Cloud : Finance PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Consultant
• with at least 5 years of experience in Oracle Projects, including Costing and
• Billing modules, to join our team in a support-focused role. The ideal
• candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Projects and possess
• excellent communication skills to provide high-quality support to our clients.

Key

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and
• maintenance for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance: Projects, with a primary
• focus on Costing and Billing modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user
• issues, system errors in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with business users
• to understand support requests and deliver effective solutions.
• Work & deliver Enhancements
• Monitor business flows and
• proactively identify potential issues.
• Participate in root cause
• analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Document support activities,
• resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure seamless communication
• with stakeholders and deliver excellent client service.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience

• in Oracle Projects, specifically in Costing and Billing modules.
• Proven experience in an
• application support environment, ideally within Oracle PPM.
• Strong understanding of Oracle
• Cloud PPM and business processes related to project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in
• Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field (or
• equivalent experience).

Experience with incident

management, Service Requests, Problem Management and support ticketing

systems.
