Role Overview

• We are looking for a hands-on graphic designer who can handle both static and video content, with
• a strong focus on speed, consistency, and smart use of AI tools.
• This is not just a design role. This is an execution role where output matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design

• •Create social media creatives (Instagram, LinkedIn, ads)
• •Design blog banners, thumbnails, carousels
• •Maintain brand consistency (Inter font, white + green theme, clean layouts)
• •Work closely with content and marketing team

• Video Editing

• •Edit reels, YouTube videos, podcast clips
• •Add subtitles, transitions, basic motion
• •Create short-form content optimized for engagement

•Tools Expected

•Photoshop / Illustrator

•Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects (basic)

•Figma (basic)

•AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.)

What Matters Most

• •Speed + consistency
• •Ownership of work
• •Ability to work with the team smoothly
• •Output quality over fancy ideas
