Key Responsibilities

• ●Lead Odoo architecture, development,
• customization, and technical delivery for enterprise projects.
• ●Design and code scalable Odoo
• solutions and integrations based on business requirements.
• ●Lead integrations with third-party
• systems, APIs, marketplaces, payment gateways, logistics, e-commerce, and mobile applications.
• ●Review code, enforce development
• standards, and ensure security, performance, and maintainability.
• ●Manage Odoo upgrades, migrations,
• deployments, production support, and performance optimization.
• ●Mentor and guide Odoo developers and
• provide technical leadership across projects.
• ●Collaborate with functional
• consultants, project managers, and stakeholders on solution design and
• delivery.
• ●Drive technical documentation,
• estimation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills &

Experience

Must Have

• ●8+ years of software development
• experience with
• strong hands-on Odoo experience.
• ●Strong expertise in Odoo Community
• & Enterprise.
• ●Excellent knowledge of Python,
• PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• ●Strong understanding of Odoo ORM,
• framework, security, workflows, reports, and custom module development.
• ●Extensive experience with REST
• APIs and third-party integrations.
• ●Strong knowledge of Git,
• Linux/Ubuntu, deployment, and production environments.
• ●Experience with Odoo version
• upgrades, database migrations, and performance tuning.
• ●Strong understanding of ERP processes
• including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.
• ●Proven experience leading/mentoring
• development teams and conducting code/architecture reviews.
• ●Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP,
• Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps.

• ●Experience with External

E-Commerce Platforms, IOT,WhatsApp

• Business API, payment gateways, and mobile app integrations.
• ●Experience with SaaS and
• multi-company implementations.
• ●Knowledge of Generative AI
• technologies such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other large language model
• (LLM) platforms.
• ●Experience developing AI-driven
• business workflows, chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation solutions
• within Odoo.

Educational Qualification

●Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
