Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end website development & SEO projects.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate developers, designers, SEO, and content teams.
• Manage client communication, expectations, and project updates.
• Track deliverables, KPIs, quality, risks, and dependencies.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain documentation using ClickUp/Asana/Jira.
• Identify upselling opportunities and support account growth.
• Improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a digital agency.
• Experience managing website development and SEO projects.
• Working knowledge of WordPress/CMS and modern web development workflows.
• Understanding of technical, on-page, off-page SEO and content.
• Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
