Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Manager – Business Development to drive
the growth of our IoT Solutions business within the Retail and Apparel sector. The role will focus on
promoting RFID, BLE, and IoT-enabled solutions that enhance inventory visibility, operational
efficiency, omnichannel fulfilment, loss prevention, and customer experience for apparel retailers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities across retail chains,
fashion brands, department stores, and specialty retailers, engaging with key stakeholders, and
driving opportunities from prospecting through closure.
The role requires a consultative selling approach, a strong understanding of retail operations, and
the ability to articulate the business value of technology-driven transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

RFID Solutions Sales : The role would involve areas covering

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a

related field.

MBA preferred.Experience
4 – 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Experience of selling technology based products and solutions to the Retail and Apparel

sector is highly preferred.

Exposure to RFID, IoT, Retail Technology, Supply Chain Solutions, Warehouse Management,

Enterprise Software, or Digital Transformation projects will be an advantage.

Demonstrated success in managing enterprise sales cycles and achieving business targets.
