Role Requirements

• Conduct thorough
• requirement analysis to translate business processes into Zoho configurations
• Manage and optimize
• features within Zoho CRM+, Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Cliq.

Enable/disable

• standard features or develop custom forms to meet specific organizational needs.
• Develop and maintain
• complex automation workflows and custom functions.
• Manage the to-fro
• exchange of data between Zoho and external systems through custom scripting and
• APIs.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency
• in Deluge Scripting for cross-module automation.
• Hands-on experience
• with Zoho API integrations and Webhooks. Creation of custom APIs.
• Strong understanding
• of Zoho CRM+, Analytics, People, Recruit, and Cliq architectures.
• Ability to build
• custom forms, schedules, and signals within the Zoho ecosystem.
