Job Summary

The IFF Body Care marketing team is looking for a trainee. Offer of 6 months only, starting January 2027.

The Body Care Marketing Team supports the development of fragrance solutions for personal care brands by identifying market trends, tracking product innovations, and translating consumer insights into impactful marketing solutions. Working closely with perfumers, evaluators, and cross-functional teams, the group helps strengthen IFF's fragrance offering and supports customer projects across the Body Care category.

Where You'll Make a Difference

Support market intelligence and trend analysis activities within the Body Care category

Track new product launches, market activities, and emerging consumer trends

Contribute to the development of marketing solutions adapted to customer projects

Organize smelling sessions with perfumers and evaluation teams

Prepare presentations and marketing materials to support internal and external projects

Manage operational activities including product ordering and receiving

Support stock management and product labeling activities

Collaborate with marketing, evaluation, and perfumery teams on ongoing initiatives

Help maintain market product libraries and competitive intelligence databases

What Makes You the Right Fit

Currently pursuing a degree from a Perfumery School, Business School, Marketing program, or equivalent (BAC+4 / BAC+5)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn

Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Dynamic, responsive, and enthusiastic attitude

Creative while maintaining a pragmatic approach to problem solving

Strong organizational and communication skills

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

Fluent English (written and oral) and French language skills are required
