Own the vision, prioritization, and roadmap for Intuit's AI-driven seller experience. In this role, you will decide what gets built and in what order across the seller workflow and tooling ecosystem, translating seller pain points and business priorities into clear requirements for product, engineering, and enablement partners. Your north star is simple: every hour of manual, disconnected work you remove from a seller's day is an hour returned to customers and to selling — measured in customer-facing time and sales dollars per seller.
Responsibilities
How You Will Contribute
- Set and own the multi-quarter vision and roadmap for Intuit's AI-driven seller experience, anchored to seller efficiency and revenue outcomes.
- Build and maintain the prioritization framework that weighs seller pain, business impact, and platform investment, and defend the resulting trade-offs to sales and product leadership.
- Translate seller feedback, field data, and business priorities into clear, buildable requirements for engineering, product, and enablement teams.
- Design and continuously refine seller workflows to strip out administrative burden and grow the time sellers spend in front of customers.
- Partner with sales leadership to define, track, and report on the metrics that prove the roadmap is working — customer-facing time, sales $/seller, and tool adoption chief among them.
- Help develop a team of analysts responsible for gathering seller requirements and delivering the seller experience roadmap end to end.
- Act as the primary voice of the seller in every AI and automation investment decision made across the sales technology ecosystem.
- Drive alignment across sales, product, engineering, and enablement so the organization ships against one prioritized roadmap instead of several competing ones.
What You'll Bring
8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or product/program management, with demonstrated ability to lead and grow a team of analysts.
A track record of building AI-enabled or automation-driven workflows for a sales organization at scale, and of shipping tools that measurably changed seller behavior, not just seller access.
Proven ability to set and defend a prioritization framework across competing stakeholder demands, and the judgment to say no to requests that don't move the metrics that matter.
Deep working knowledge of the seller tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, and adjacent GTM tools) and how gaps in tooling or process show up as lost pipeline, lost time, or lost trust.
Executive presence and the influence skills to align sales leadership, product, engineering, and enablement around a single roadmap, including when their priorities conflict.
Strong quantitative fluency; comfortable building the business case for an investment using seller productivity data — customer-facing time, sales $/seller, adoption, and cycle time.
Comfort operating in ambiguity, and a bias for turning it into a clear plan the organization can execute against.
