We are seeking a motivated Project Systems Implementation Manager /Cost Management in the Salt Lake City, UT area with an option of hybrid work, to support internal PM/CM teams and external clients.

As a key contributor to the program support team, you will partner closely with engineering, design, and construction professionals to gain a comprehensive understanding of project delivery—from planning and design through procurement, construction, and project controls. You will support the development, documentation, and implementation of standardized project management and project controls processes, configure those processes within integrated project management systems, and develop training materials that promote consistent, high quality project execution.

In this role, you will actively apply project controls best practices to enable effective cost and schedule management across large, multi project programs. You will help align processes, systems, and resources to support best in class project delivery.

Hybrid position requiring in-office attendance at a local office in either Salt Lake City, UT, or Denver, CO two days per week, with approximately 25% travel to support project sites and business needs.
