Associate Director - Human Resources, Office of Head-HR and HR Projects

Location: Mumbai - Urmi

This role sits at the nerve center of the HR function, operating as both a Chief of Staff to the Head – HR and as part of People Programs team responsible for driving and execution of the most strategic enterprise people initiatives. It exists to ensure that the Head – HR’s agenda is translated into structured, outcome-driven programs that deliver measurable business impact. The role combines strategic thinking, executive enablement and disciplined program execution across a fast-scaling, transformation-led enterprise.

Reporting directly to the Head – HR (with a dotted line to the HR Lead – People Programs & Talent Acquisition), this position provides exposure to enterprise-level decision-making while maintaining hands-on ownership of execution. Success in this role requires judgment, discretion, strong influence skills and the ability to drive alignment across senior leaders in a complex, fast-paced and high-ambiguity environment.
