AI Technology Learning and Adoption Lead

We are looking for an experienced AI Technology Learning and Adoption Team Lead to join our expanding Technology Team. Reporting to the Technology Learning and Adoption Team Manager, the successful candidate will lead day-to-day learning and adoption activity, continue to design and deliver high-quality technology training, and help drive the responsible adoption of AI across the firm. They will combine strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and legal technology with practical experience of change, learning and user adoption.

We are looking for a collaborative, proactive and credible team lead who can translate emerging technology into clear, practical and role-relevant ways of working. The role will primarily be based in our central Manchester office but will require occasional travel to our London and Liverpool offices.
