We are looking for a Technology Adoption and Skill Trainer to join our expanding Technology Learning and Adoption Team. Reporting to the Technology Learning and Adoption Team Manager, and supporting the Technology Learning and Adoption Team Leads, the successful candidate will design and deliver practical technology training and support the adoption of AI, Microsoft 365 and legal technology across the firm. This is a developing role suited to someone who communicates clearly, enjoys helping others and can turn technology into straightforward, role-relevant learning.
The Trainer will work closely with colleagues across the firm, gather feedback and help users adopt new tools confidently, effectively and responsibly. The role will primarily be based in our central Manchester office but will require occasional travel to our London and Liverpool offices.
