Social Content Creator

Location: London Central Office

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Social Content Creator to join our Social Content Team. In this role, you will produce highly engaging, social-first video content that drives strong engagement across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

Working both collaboratively with a supportive team of strategists, producers, and videographers, and independently as a proactive, self-shooting editor, you will be able to bring social ideas to life from concept to final cut.

In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.75 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.

Salary Band is £36,000K to £56,900K

Expected salary up to - We are looking for candidates up to £48K, depending on the experience you would bring to the role

Contract type - This position is a Permanent contract

Working pattern/flexible working -The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home-based upon your personal needs, whilst balancing the needs of the business. We typically aim for around three days a week in the office for collaboration and attendance of key meetings.

Location - This role is based at our London Head Office campus in Pimlico. However, there will be travel to create content.

If successful, at this stage, a final shortlist will then be invited to attend a formal interview, where you will be required to present a small project that will be provided to you in advance.
