As an Affluent Business Manager within Finance & Business Management, you will serve as a strategic finance and business management partner to the Affluent Branch Banking organization. You will provide data-driven insights, develop business cases, analyze performance, and create executive-ready materials that support strategic decision-making. YouwillpartneracrossFinance,Analytics,Marketing,Servicing,Operations,andProductteams,withafocusonbusinesscasemodeling,detailedreporting,andpost-launchbenefitrealizationsupportingAffluentexpansionwithinthebranches.

7+yearsofexperiencewithinfinancialorganizations
Bachelor’sdegreeinAccounting,Finance,orarelatedfield
- Demonstratedabilitytobuildrelationshipsandinfluencestakeholdersacrossfunctionsorlinesofbusinesstoadvancestrategiceffortsandstrengthenreportingandanalysis
- Strongfinancialacumenandanalyticalskillswithdemonstratedstrategicthinking,soundjudgment,andoperationalfocus
