Creator & Influencer Marketing Associate - Auto, Talent Partnerships & Culture at JPMorgan Chase

New York City, NY In person Full-time

Culture moves fast, this team helps make sure JPMorgan Chase moves with it, credibly and at scale. JPMorgan Chase’s Talent Partnerships & Culture team sits within the firm’s global marketing organization. We design and deliver programs that connect our brands and businesses to culture through strategic relationships with talent and tastemakers across entertainment, sports, media, and the creator economy.

Our work includes building long-term partnerships with celebrities, musicians, artists, athletes, and creators; developing social-first content and experiences; and activating paid and earned opportunities that expand reach, relevance, and measurable business impact across our lines of business.

As an Associate, Creator & Influencer Marketing within the Talent Partnerships & Culture team, you execute partnerships end-to-end, from identifying talent through launch, measurement, and wrap-up. This role supports marketing aligned with our auto-brand relationships and will partner closely with the Talent Lead on our team to bring creator programs from opportunity identification through contracting and delivery.

Success in this role requires someone who brings creative, culture-forward thinking to every brief, spotting talent and partnership ideas that feel native to platforms, while also operating with speed, precision, and strong process management in a highly regulated environment. You’ll manage workflows across multiple internal and external stakeholders (creators, managers/agencies, and internal partners across Brand, Social, Paid Media, PR, Legal, Risk/Compliance, and Finance), keeping momentum, alignment, and accountability throughout.

The right candidate is curious, a champion of ideation (with conviction), and a strong steward of process, someone who can push work forward without being bound to “how it’s always been done.”

Job Responsibilities

Manage complex stakeholder workflows: Own day-to-day coordination across internal team leads and the external partners, keeping everyone aligned on deliverables, timelines, and approvals.

Drive process efficiently: Run structured workflows (identification/selection, briefing, negotiations, contracting, execution, measurement), maintain documentation, and proactively flag blockers.

Support deal execution and contracting: Partner with the Talent Lead to move deals through; manage deliverables tracking, usage rights inputs, disclosures, and approval routing.

Operate with rigor in a regulated environment: Coordinate early and often with Legal/Controls/Risk and maintain strong operational hygiene to ensure compliant, brand-safe execution.

Drive measurable performance: Contribute to measurement/reporting including, defining success metrics and KPIs, analyze results (reach, engagement, traffic, conversion), synthesize insights, and optimize creator mix, content approaches, and media tactics over time.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

3-7 years experience, currently working in creator/influencer marketing (brand-side, agency, or creator/talent management), with hands-on experience supporting live creator programs.

Experience working with Auto brands and/or adjacent brands (e.g. sport, spirits, travel, luxury brands)

Proven ability to execute with creativity and precision, you bring smart ideas, then you make them real.

Demonstrated strength in process management, you know how to work through structured steps, keep approvals moving, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Comfortable partnering with and influencing many stakeholders at once, brand leads, creators, talent reps, agencies, and internal cross-functional teams, while maintaining clarity, urgency, and professionalism.

Strong written/verbal communication and an ability to translate ambiguity into a clean plan (owners, dates, dependencies, next steps).

Highly organized, responsive, and deadline-driven; you anticipate issues early and escalate intelligently.

  • Experience working with or in highly regulated industries.
  • Experience integrating creators into paid media strategies.
