Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Solutions Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud professional to provide technical and functional leadership across our global ERP landscape. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion applications, strong integration knowledge, and the ability to work hands-on across complex business processes, application configurations, and enterprise integrations.

The successful candidate will combine strong functional knowledge with practical technical capabilities and will play a key role in solution delivery, operational excellence, business transformation initiatives, and adoption of emerging Oracle technologies including AI Agents and intelligent automation capabilities within Fusion Cloud. This role operates within a global distributed IT organization and requires effective collaboration across business, IT, vendor, and delivery teams in multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, enhancement, and support activities across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with primary focus on Finance, Order Management, Procurement, and Subscription Management
• Provide functional leadership for end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Subscription Management, Revenue Management, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
• Work hands-on with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, Business Events, FBDI and file-based integrations
• Design and support integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and enterprise applications including Oracle EBS, Salesforce, tax engines, logistics platforms, data warehouses, and other third-party solutions
• Troubleshoot complex functional, data, integration, and application issues across Oracle Fusion environments
• Review and validate solution designs, configuration documents, functional specifications, technical specifications, and test strategies
• Support ERP modernization initiatives, acquisitions, business transformations, and continuous improvement programs
• Evaluate and drive adoption of Oracle Fusion AI capabilities, including AI Agents, embedded AI features, and intelligent automation across enterprise business processes
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize practical use cases for Oracle Fusion AI Agents and GenAI capabilities
• Collaborate effectively within a global distributed delivery model, including offshore and remote teams
• Support production operations and critical business incidents as required
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams and support organizations
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, solution design, and application delivery
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and Order Management, with a strong understanding of enterprise business processes
• Experience with Subscription Management, Revenue Management, and accounting transaction flows is highly desirable
• Proven experience supporting hybrid Oracle environments including Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Proven experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration patterns
• Strong understanding of Fusion integration technologies including REST APIs, SOAP Services, Business Events, FBDI, OTBI, and BICC
• Experience with SQL, Oracle Visual Builder, Redwood UX, and Oracle Fusion Cloud extensibility options
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion security architecture, role-based access controls, and data access security
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion AI capabilities, including AI Agents, intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, generative AI-assisted workflows, and agent-driven process automation
• Experience assessing and implementing AI-enabled business solutions within ERP environments is highly desirable
• Experience working directly with global business stakeholders and leading workshops, solution reviews, and issue resolution sessions across multiple time zones
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
