- Since 2007, Molex Vietnam has operated its first factory in Thang Long I IP, Hanoi. We are now expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the system user account setup process in HR software (Cadena) for new hires.
- Support the tax registration process for employees’ dependents.
- Support the employee offboarding process.
- Support filling employee profiles and other administrative documents.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Working Location & Hours
- Working location: Molex Hung Yen Plant, Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen.
- Company shuttle buses are available for employees from Hanoi, Hai Duong, and Bac Ninh.
- Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Requirement
Education: At least Final Year Student
