You will work directly with suppliers and teams across Materials, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Operations and Finance. Priorities will evolve with the business, so success will require sound judgment, ownership and the ability to move effectively between immediate supply needs and longer-term sourcing initiatives.

  • Identify and address supply, capacity, quality and commercial risks through practical mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Lead cross-functional sourcing and supplier-development programs, establishing clear priorities, ownership, milestones and fact-based communication.
  • Quickly build strong relationships, navigate ambiguity, and implement practical processes with a hands-on approach.
  • Help develop the processes, tools, supplier capabilities, and operating discipline necessary to scale the business.
  • Continually reassess priorities and direct effort toward the activities that create the greatest value for the business.
  • Global travel per business needs, averaging 40%-50%.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
