Your Job
Accountable for the design, development, characterization, qualification, and production introduction of optical communication laser products. Contribute to new product development throughout the full lifecycle, from concept and detailed design through prototype validation and production release. Advance technology innovation and continuous improvement in product performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost competitiveness.
What You Will Do
Design and develop optical communication laser products with FP lasers, DFB lasers, EMLs, SOAs, or gain chips. 负责光通信激光器产品的设计与开发，涉及FP、DFB、EML、SOA及增益芯片
Participate in laser device simulation, characterization, performance analysis, and optimization to ensure compliance with established product design and performance requirements. 参与激光器器件仿真、性能表征、数据分析及优化，确保产品符合既定设计与性能要求
Contribute to product development activities, including feasibility assessment, design verification, reliability qualification, and failure analysis. 参与产品开发相关工作，包括可行性评估、设计验证、可靠性认证及失效分析
Prepare, maintain, and control technical documentation, including product specifications, engineering drawings, test reports, engineering change documentation, and development records. 负责编制、维护及管控产品技术文件，包括产品规格书、工程图纸、测试报告、工程变更文件及研发记录
Collaborate effectively with Manufacturing, Quality, Process Engineering, Product Engineering, and Supply Chain functions to facilitate timely and successful project execution.与制造、品质、工艺工程、产品工程及供应链等职能团队高效协作，确保项目按计划顺利实施
Support new product introduction activities and facilitate the effective transfer of technologies and products from development into manufacturing.支持新产品导入相关工作，推动研发技术及产品向制造端高效转移
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree on Optical engineering related
- 3+ years of R&D experience in optical communications, optoelectronics, or semiconductor devices
- Experience in laser product development, characterization, or reliability testing
- Familiarity with optical communication components and related manufacturing processes
What Will Put You Ahead
MS degree.
Research background in semiconductor lasers, or silicon photonics packaging
Experience in product development of laser
Good at spoken and written English
