Job Description Summary
Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Programme Planning & Enablement Manager to lead the Project Management team supporting one of our key regulatory programmes. Working within Motor Resolutions, you will shape how the programme plans, coordinates and delivers its priorities, helping to achieve fair outcomes for customers and colleagues.
This leadership role includes responsibility for the project management team, guiding the planning and delivery of the motor commission redress scheme and managing complex regulatory change. Direction, standards, and operating rhythm for the team are established, ensuring coordination across workstreams. Risks and dependencies are closely monitored, and change is transformed into practical, balanced methods that achieve the desired customer and colleague results.
