Summary of the role

The Digital Content Experience Analyst is responsible for the quality, consistency and commercial effectiveness of content on Levi.com across East Asia Pacific. The role leads content strategy and experience design for the site, including the homepage, landing pages, product detail pages and campaign content, so that every market delivers accurate, localised and compelling brand storytelling that attracts, engages and converts consumers.

Working from the Global Talent Hub in India, the role acts as the content partner to country eCommerce teams. It translates campaign plans, product launches and consumer insight into content roadmaps, templates and standards that Site Operations can publish at scale, leads localisation, on-site SEO, content testing and CMS governance, and works with Creative, Marketing and Global teams to ensure timely and accurate asset hand-off.

About the role

  • Content strategy, roadmap and storytelling
  • Develop and own the regional Levi.com content strategy and roadmap, aligned with brand direction, seasonal product launches, promotional moments and market priorities.
  • Build campaign and storytelling plans for product launches, site refreshes and platform activities, including editorial or blog content, adapting global content to the needs of each market.
  • Maintain the content calendar across supported markets, co-ordinating inputs, approvals and delivery dates with country teams, Marketing, Creative and Site Operations.
  • Use consumer insight, market study and performance data to identify content gaps and prioritise the highest-impact content opportunities.
  • Ensure content reflects the brand voice and presents product in a way that builds brand equity and supports conversion.
  • Landing page, product detail page and campaign content experience
  • Define the content experience for the homepage, landing pages, campaign pages and product detail pages, including layout, modules, imagery, video, copy and calls to action.
  • Design and standardise reusable page templates and content modules that let markets launch faster and more consistently, while allowing approved local variation.
  • Provide Site Operations with complete, approved content briefs and specifications, with clear acceptance criteria and publishing windows.
  • Own the standard for product detail page content, including descriptions, imagery, video and product storytelling, working with Creative, Merchandising and Product teams.
  • Take a mobile-first approach to content, and review the live site regularly to prioritise fixes, refreshes and improvements.
  • Localisation, content governance and CMS standards
  • Lead translation and localisation with agencies and local teams, setting quality standards for second-language and market-specific content, tone and terminology.
  • Establish and maintain content standards, style guides, brand and compliance guidelines and quality checklists for consumer-facing content.
  • Act as the CMS subject matter expert, defining content models, template rules, permissions and release practices, and mitigating risks within the platform.
  • Partner with Creative and Global teams to ensure timely, accurate asset hand-off and consistent use of global assets, naming and metadata.
  • Validate content quality and business acceptance of new templates, modules and CMS changes, working with Site Operations and Digital Product on UAT.
  • SEO, testing and content performance optimisation
  • Define and apply on-site SEO best practice for page structure, metadata, copy, taxonomy and product listing content, working with SEO and traffic-management agencies.
  • Plan and run A/B and multivariate content tests with Digital Product and Data & Analytics, interpreting results and scaling winning experiences.
  • Track content KPIs, including conversion rate, engagement, search visibility and average order value, and share insight and recommended actions with markets.
  • Turn business questions into analyses that show the impact of content on sales, engagement and profitability, and maintain content reporting and dashboards.
  • Use behavioural analytics tools (e.g. Content Square) to understand how consumers interact with content and prioritise optimisations.
  • Customer engagement, retention and lifecycle content
  • Develop content experiences that attract new consumers and encourage repeat purchase, loyalty participation and ongoing engagement on Levi.com.
  • Partner with CRM and Marketing to align on-site content with email, SMS and lifecycle programmes so messaging is consistent across touchpoints.
  • Support loyalty and member-experience content on the site in line with programme priorities.
  • Explore content formats that raise engagement, such as editorial, video, live streaming and influencer or creator content, with Marketing and agencies.
  • Use consumer feedback and Customer Service insight to improve content clarity and the consumer journey.
  • Cross-functional partnership, vendor and capability leadership
  • Lead the regional content practice by expertise, coaching coordinators, content specialists and agency resources on standards, tools and best practice.
  • Manage content-creation, translation and SEO agencies on quality, responsiveness and capacity, and escalate performance issues early.
  • Document playbooks, templates, checklists and training to reduce key-person dependency and enable consistent execution across markets.
  • Communicate content priorities, risks and performance clearly to eCommerce leadership and market stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective working rhythms across India and EAP time zones so market teams receive responsive, reliable support.
