Position Summary

• Process vendor invoices accurately – PO and Non PO
• Verify invoice details for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policy
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Respond to vendor and internal stakeholder queries regarding invoice/payment status
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, approvals, and supporting documentation
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies
• Assist in continuous improvement of AP processes and automation initiatives

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
