Purpose of role Create experiences that bring ambitious founders together and help businesses take their next step towards growth. As Senior Events Manager you will lead the planning and delivery of an engaging calendar of events across Grow London Global and our new UK-wide scaleup programme. From cohort launches and founder retreats to specialist workshops you will turn programme priorities into well designed experiences with a clear purpose.
You will help companies gain practical insights, build valuable connections and become part of a supportive business community across London and the UK. You will lead, motivate and develop a highly motivated events team, giving colleagues the direction, confidence and support to deliver excellent work. Working closely with Growth Managers, regional partners and marketing colleagues you will ensure events reflect company needs and maintain a consistently high standard across locations.
