Purpose of role Help some of the UK’s most ambitious financial services, fintech and cybersecurity businesses take their next step on the global stage. Leading sector recruitment and account management across Grow London Global and our new UK-wide scale-up programme, you will connect companies with the customers, investment and partnerships they need to grow. You will work directly with founders, CEOs and senior leadership teams across banking and payments, insurance and insurtech, wealth and asset management, lending, regtech and financial infrastructure, alongside cybersecurity businesses serving financial services and other industries.
Getting to know their businesses and ambitions, you will help them tackle challenges ranging from winning institutional customers and building distribution partnerships to navigating regulated markets and expanding internationally. You will lead and develop a team of Growth Managers across London and the UK, bringing together sector expertise, regional knowledge and strong business networks. Together, you will recruit and support companies across the country, including London businesses participating in Grow London Global, and provide practical support tailored to each company’s growth journey.
