• Work with the graphic design and merchandising team to display our aesthetic, preferences, and vision in order to provide design recommendations for our customers
• Develop good relationships with team members to best connect our customers with the right resources
• Provide user feedback and share your experiences to improve the app design
• Passion for styling/staging/interior design, a good eye for aesthetics, and a commitment to stay up to date with new trends are all required
• Desire and ability to inspire others in regards to home design fundamentals
• Strong ability to navigate and use provided mobile app and online tools/resources
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• A clear understanding of our company’s brand image in order to translate it into concepts that will meet and/or exceed our expectations
• Open and encouraging personality that helps to guide our users in renovating and decorating their homes
