Scrum Master

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Agile Practitioner or similar role supporting business or technology transformation initiatives

Strong understanding of agile delivery principles, with the ability to facilitate planning, prioritisation, reviews and continuous improvement activities across cross-functional teams

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes across business and technology groups

Experience identifying and managing delivery risks, dependencies and impediments, while coordinating activities across multiple teams and competing priorities

Strong experience using collaboration and delivery tools, together with exposure to financial systems, enterprise resource planning platforms or large-scale transformation environments, such as Oracle, SAP or similar enterprise platforms.
