- At least three years of experience within the financial services industry in a similar operational role in a fast-paced working environment
- LoanIQ experience or other loan processing system such as Wall Street Office or ACBS is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or other quantitative discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple transactions simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder and client management communication skills with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong risk management approach, with a continuous improvement mindset
- You will enjoy a fast-paced business and adapt easily to change and other market-related drivers. Your can-do attitude, coupled with excellent problem solving and communication skills will be valuable to the team
