Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a technology delivery role within a technical environment, ideally within financial services or another regulated industry
Strong understanding of software engineering practices, software development lifecycles and developer platforms, with exposure to tools such as GitHub, Artifactory, continuous integration and delivery platforms, or similar engineering tooling
Proven ability to develop product roadmaps, manage backlogs, gather requirements and balance business, technical and operational priorities to deliver successful outcomes
Experience partnering with engineering, security, risk and operations teams, with an understanding of governance, compliance and enterprise technology delivery
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences and translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
