Extensive experience in non-financial risk, compliance, governance, operational resilience, business management or a related discipline within financial services.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, value chain approaches, operating models or business architecture, with experience implementing and embedding risk, governance or operational frameworks in complex organisations.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead workshops and cross-functional initiatives, and present complex topics and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums.
Strong knowledge of non-financial risk management, including risk and control assessments, controls, regulatory obligations and issue management, with knowledge of Australian regulatory expectations and accountability frameworks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory, risk and policy requirements into practical outcomes and manage multiple priorities independently.
