- Experience in service delivery, business operations, portfolio management or a related discipline, with the ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and priorities
- Strong planning, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills, with experience translating business needs into effective technology and data delivery outcomes
- Experience producing clear operational, portfolio or service performance reporting, including the use of workflow management and reporting tools such as Jira
- A sound understanding of risk management, controls, compliance and assurance practices, with the ability to support governance and operational improvement initiatives
- Experience within data platforms, data operations or financial services environments would be advantageous, alongside exposure to budgeting, resource planning or cost management activities.
