We create possibilities that move life and commerce forward

Welcome to Manhattan. Every day, our supply chain commerce technology connects two billion people to 20 billion consumer choices. In the warehouse, on the road and in the store, we make what was once impossible, possible. If you want to tackle complex problems and redefine markets, you’ve come to the right place.

The Partner Operations Program Coordinator will help the Global Partner Operations team run the processes, systems, communications, and reporting that make Manhattan’s partner programs easy to execute and scale. This is a hands-on coordination and program-management role. The successful candidate will work closely with partner engagement directors and partners to keep partner initiatives moving, ensure information is accurate, and create a consistent experience for partners.

A key area of focus is managing the enablement phase for Manhattan Authorized Reseller partners. The role has an emphasis on execution, organization, data quality, follow-through, and continuous improvement. It is well suited to someone who enjoys turning ambiguous requests into clear actions, owners, timelines, and deliverables.

Partner-program

Maintain partner-program trackers, calendars, status reports, and operating documentation.

Coordinate recurring partner-program activities, including reviews, surveys and reporting.

Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions; follow up with owners and escalate issues when needed.

Reporting, data, and systems

Collect, validate, organize, and reconcile partner information from Salesforce, the partner portal, spreadsheets, forms, and other systems.

Support partner scoring and performance-management processes, including Readiness, Results, and Reputation inputs.

Identify data gaps, inconsistent definitions, aging items, and process breakdowns; help coordinate corrective actions.

Participate in user acceptance testing and documentation for partner-portal and Salesforce enhancements.

Partner communications and enablement

Coordinate drafts, reviews, approvals, formatting, and distribution of partner newsletters, announcements, program updates, and enablement materials.

Maintain partner-facing resource libraries, links, FAQs, and communications calendars.

Support the development of QBR materials.

Cross-functional coordination

Support partner onboarding and operational readiness activities, including access, documentation, governance cadence, and enablement plans.

Help coordinate 3PO initiatives.

Build trusted working relationships through responsive communication, reliable follow-through, and attention to detail

Committed to diversity and inclusion
