Position Overview: The Digital Innovation Engineer role will play a crucial role in integrating digital technologies into our manufacturing processes. The position will be responsible for implementing and optimizing digital solutions to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the highest quality of consumer products.
What Are We Looking For?
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing digital solutions within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of IoT, automation, data analytics, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- What Will Your Key Responsibilities Be?
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify areas for digital transformation.
- Develop comprehensive digital implementation plans aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices (MES, Visualization Software, etc.)
- Evaluate, select, and implement digital technologies such as IoT devices, sensors, automation systems, and data analytics tools.
- Establish robust data collection and management processes to gather insights for process optimization.
- Utilize data analytics tools to analyze production data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and assess the performance of current digital systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure the integration and compatibility of digital tools with existing infrastructure.
- Train associates with new implementations regarding changes in digital or manufacturing processes relative to their role and responsibilities.
