Orchestration of change: Together with Change Management Lead, co-ordinate the execution of change communications across different transformation programs across the Petcare and RC businesses.
Governance: In partnership with the different Transformation Programs, build a communications framework to ensure consistent messaging, channels and approach across different programs. Build a community of Program Change and Communications Associates within Royal Canin.
Narrative and Messaging: Craft and maintain the core leadership narrative, detailed talking points, and a comprehensive Q&A document to equip leaders for all communication moments.
Line Manager Enablement: Design and deploy communication toolkits and training to enable Line Managers as critical change agents, empowering them to cascade messages and manage their teams effectively through the transition.
Audience Segmentation: Conduct audience analysis and segmentation based on the level of impact to ensure communication is tailored, relevant, and resonant for different Associate groups and align relevant channels across Transformation Programs.
