Manage candidate experience and recruiting operations: Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records in Workday and proprietary CRM systems, manage interview feedback, prepare and send offer letters, and coordinate with Human Capital Operations and Learning & Development teams regarding onboarding.

Familiarity with talent markets spanning software engineering, AI and machine learning, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, technology strategy, or technical due diligence.
