The MGH Digital Solutions Delivery team supports the safe implementation and ongoing support of new and existing technology products used by MGB Research and Operations partners. This role is responsible for defining, approving, deploying, and supporting unique technology requests from clinical and research groups. The Software Applications Analyst provides design, development, testing, implementation, training, and ongoing maintenance for software applications.
Essential Functions
- Review system requirements and business processes; test, debug, and implement software solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans and perform software quality assurance tasks.
- Train end users on software applications and develop end-user documentation.
- Provide ongoing application support by identifying and resolving issues.• Run reports, update tables, and complete tasks associated with ongoing software operations.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss activities, issues, and updates.
