Job Summary

Implement, maintain, and support Epic client application platforms comprising software, networks, hardware, and databases. Responsible for the independent implementation and support of technical solutions, including platform systems that require critical aspects of infrastructure, network, application, database, and security frameworks.

Essential Functions

• -Independently manage day-to-day operations of enterprise platforms, including applications, servers, storage, and networked services.
• -Monitor and optimize platform performance, availability, and capacity.
• -Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues across multiple environments with minimal supervision.
• -Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.
• -Contribute to the design and implementation of new platforms and services.
• -Participate in platform upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
• -Support security hardening and vulnerability remediation efforts.
• -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to independently support business and technical projects.

Education

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related field of study required

Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
